I once heard that a horse is the most stress-reducing animal that there is. Cotton has definitely proven that to be true for me and we are grateful to have him in our life.

I was able to squeeze in a quick ride this weekend and get a little quality time with Cotton. Ellen decided that she would snap a few photos so that my family out west can see that some of those Yellowstone skills haven’t gone to waste. I have to admit, he’s a pretty photogenic horse.

A few shots of Cotton in the snow. It’s a good thing his winter coat came in nice and full this year. Then again, maybe I should have picked up on that sign from mother nature a little bit earlier…

Looks like my wife also like big noses with whiskers - even more than me:)
Some how this big boy has won a place in our hearts. Will now thinks every cool horse is named Cotton (as well as every horse on TV or in the store on a shelf). Even the dogs like him - so I guess he makes a good addition to the fam.
